My family.
Beautiful picture, isn't it. This is my family. Mike and Ashley. Ashley came to visit for Pioneer Day. It's always fun to have her here. It gives us someone to harrass instead of eachother! :)

Murray Park one Saturday
Mike and I took Nate to the Murray Pool last week. The waterslide was a hit! Nate had a blast. Mike was busy collecting a harem of little girls who followed him around when he wasn't playing with Nate. So funny.

My Madman.
Yesterday Nate and I went swimming with Becca. I had never seen Nate swim and Holy Moly! He was a madman! He absolutely loved it. I'm pretty sure we scared a few kids off, though. :)
And yes, I know. My farmer's tan is incredibly attractive.

Independance Day Fishin'
When children aren't around, Mike and I turn into old fuddy duddy's. For July 4th, instead of nighttime fireworks, we decided to go daytime fishin'! Mike took me river fishing on the Weber River for the first time and I absolutely loved it!
Beautiful isn't it!
We got a couple bites, but no catches. I was just having fun casting and reeling.....
that is until my hip began to hurt, I got hot, burnt, hungry, and moody. Par for the course. :)

Cruising Jordanelle
Mike is amazing. Last year he bought this pontoon and in true Mike fashion, he 'souped' it up! Today we cruised Jordanelle Lake complete with seats and a motor in search of a few good fish.
Beautiful day! Warm and breezy. Great for cruising, not so great for fishing. I was the stud of the day after catching 2 fish. Mike caught a big fat 0! :)
My arms are only so long. This was the best I could do. :)

Nate-Nate
Mike and I often take care of a little boy with autism that attends the school I work for. This is Nate and we are in love with him. And boy, does this kid have our number. How is it that a little 7 yr old boy could be the boss of us?
Monday we'll take him again. Such a little busy guy.
